Tiffany Harding is the Portsmouth Office Manager for Cardinal Treatment Centers (CTC). Tiffany graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2005 and is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing her Bachelors in Human Services with an expected graduation in 2026. Tiffany has worked as a counselor since 2021 and specializes in person-centered care, assisting individuals in accomplishing their recovery goals with fairness, care, and compassion, as well as supporting behavioral modification related to substance use disorder (SUD).

Tiffany draws upon her own past experiences with SUD and behavioral issues, having been in recovery since 2019. She utilizes her personal journey to promote recovery at CTC and is dedicated to ensuring the best person-centered care is provided. Tiffany is passionate about clients receiving the highest quality of care, aiming to equip them with the tools for lasting well-being.
