Andy Rase
Housing Director

Andy Rase is the Housing Director at Cardinal Treatment Center. His professional background in the field of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) encompasses a wide range of experiences. Andy began his career as a corrections officer (1994-1998), followed by a period as a Deputy Sheriff for the Scioto County Sheriffs Department (1998-2000). Subsequently, he served as a Probation Officer/Bailiff for the Scioto Common Pleas Courts, where his duties included the supervision of offenders (2000-2024).
Andy’s direct involvement with individuals suffering from substance use disorder began while working as a probation officer, where he headed up the Intervention In Lieu Program from 2018 to 2024. During this time, he developed a strong passion for assisting those affected by SUD. Following his retirement from Common Pleas Court in March 2024, Andy joined Cardinal Treatment Center as the Housing Director, where he has contributed to the strengthening and growth of their support for those they serve. His dedication and passion are evident in his daily interactions with both clients and his team.
