Adam McPheters has dedicated his career to the field of substance use disorder since the early 2000s. He earned his Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2018 and his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from St. Leo University in 2009. Adam has been working in clinical management roles since the early 2000s.
Adam McPheters has provided clinical services across a multitude of settings, encompassing both corrections and traditional treatment environments within Outpatient, PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), Residential, and correctional institutes.
He demonstrates particular skill in the review of Biopsychosocial assessments to ensure the most appropriate placement is considered based on the results of the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria and the individual needs of each client. Adam’s extensive career includes holding various positions such as Group Counselor, Individual Counselor, Program Coordinator, Program Director, Quality Assurance Director, Behavioral Management Director, Clinical Director, and Executive Director.
