Mandi Runyon is the Human Resources Manager for Cardinal Treatment Center (CTC). She has nine years of experience in the field of Substance Use Disorder. Mandi is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing her Associates Degree with plans to further her education to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Mandi strives to be an advocate for both staff and clients, emphasizing ethical considerations to ensure everyone feels safe and heard. Her goals include contributing to the betterment of the future for others and those she advocates for. Mandi is considered a central and valued member of the CTC community.
